For billing, include the Paddle transaction or subscription ID from the receipt. For security reports, include reproducible steps using test data only. For Enterprise, include workspace, deployment, Microsoft or Google integration, and procurement context.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, tokens, passphrases, one-time codes, recovery codes, card data, private URLs, or secret content through contact or support.
